The confidentiality of each customer is of the highest priority to HerbalSuperStore.com and we have taken every measure to preserve that privacy and security.
Return Policy
We are committed to delivering effective, high quality products so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@HerbalSuperStore.com and we can process your return. It's our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction. To initiate a return please follow these steps.
- All returns must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Contact us at support@HerbalSuperStore.com to obtain and RMA#, return instructions and return forms.
- We will send you 2 forms - Retail Order/Receipt Form & Customer Request for Refund Form. Please print out and sign both forms.
- Send us the unused portion of your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please do not ship returns to Herbalife. Herbalife cannot issue your credit, and we can only issue credit for items returned directly to HerbalSuperStore.com and with a valid RMA#. When we assign an RMA#, we provide detailed instructions on where and how to ship the products back to us.
- Shipping fees are not refundable on returns.
- Returned orders that received free shipping from any of our shipping promotions, will have the originally waived shipping charged deducted from the return credit.
- If an item is exchanged, a new shipping charge will be added.
- Return processing may take up to 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
- The return package should be insured and trackable. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
- We do not accept returns on products shipped Internationally (outside the USA).
